Buzz.tt is an e-commerce platform that enables anyone to shop for entertainment, goods, and services online in Trinidad & Tobago. Our Event Listings are available here. We also feature Place Listings here.

The Buzz Cloud offers out-of-the-box e-commerce solutions for entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes. Streamline operations with our Experience Cloud for organizers, Business Cloud for service providers, and Commerce Cloud for retailers. With your Buzz account, you can create FREE event listings, purchase tours, shop on Buzz Stores, and track purchases made via Buzz Payments. Please note that separate accounts are required for the Buzz Business Cloud and Buzz Commerce Cloud.

Yes, our Buzz Payments gateway accepts all major credit cards and VISA debit cards from customers worldwide.

Buzz Media Ltd. appears on your credit card statement when you make online payments to organizers, businesses, and retailers that use our payment processing platform. This includes various merchants like TTARP and Arthur Lok Jack, event promoters like TEDxPortofSpain, and Buzz Stores like PetBarn. We facilitate these payments on their behalf, remitting funds to the respective merchants. Your emailed payment receipt will include a notice confirming this. For inquiries about specific transactions, please contact us via our live chat.

Buzz takes great pride in offering a safe and secure online purchasing experience. We use various electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect personal data and credit card information from unauthorised access. Learn more about our security practices here.

The Buzz Business Cloud is a payment gateway platform many merchants use to accept fees online for their services. As such, you need to contact the merchant for either a Payment Link, Invoice, Subscription, Appointment, or Donation payment page relevant to the service you would like to purchase to be sent via email or URL.

When a merchant has emailed you a Payment Link, please follow the steps in this Help Centre Article to complete the payment.

Contact event organizers directly through the event listing using the displayed phone number, email address, website, or social media page (if provided). Organizers can choose to exclude contact information. Buzz.tt cannot facilitate direct contact as we are not affiliated.

Is an Event Listing yours, but you didn't create it? Claim it! Log in to your Buzz.tt account, visit the listing, and click 'Claim Event.' After verifying ownership, you'll manage the listing's information. N.B. Listings created through 'Add Event' are already yours.

Contact venue owners directly through the place listing using their phone number, email address, website, or Facebook page (if provided). Place Listing owners can choose to exclude contact information. Buzz.tt cannot facilitate direct contact as we are not affiliated.
