No, this service is available to event promoters of all backgrounds operating within Trinidad & Tobago.

No, however, you must have a Trinidad & Tobago bank account. The Buzz Payments gateway supports all the commercial banks of Trinidad and Tobago, which means we can make payouts to all the commercial banks of T&T.

Your images are being cut because they exceed the recommended dimensions. Event Flyer Images are 960 x 960 pixels. Event Banner Images are 825 x 310 pixels. Once you have resized your event images, you can replace your old ones by editing your event.

Is an Event Listing yours, but you didn't create it? Claim it! Log in to your Buzz.tt account, visit the listing, and click 'Claim Event.' After verifying ownership, you'll manage the listing's information. N.B. Listings created through 'Add Event' are already yours.

Your Buzz Experience Cloud account can start accepting payments once your account has been verified after the submission and review of your Know Your Customer documentation. For guidance on account verification, please see this Help Article.

You can use our Buzz Payments gateway to receive funds from customers internationally. All foreign currency is converted to TTD by your bank upon deposit to your TTD Business Bank account. If you choose to use First Atlantic Commerce (FAC), funds are routed directly to your bank account connected to that gateway, in the currency you agreed upon with FAC.

Payouts are automatically done 5 working days after the end date of the event. There will be an ACH transfer to the bank account on file after this holding period.

The Buzz Experience Cloud is available for FREE event listings. However, there are paid services, such as our online ticketing services and premium event features. Transaction fees for Buzz Ticketing are 5% + $0.99 USD per transaction, and you can choose to pass these fees onto the buyer. There are no startup costs.

Our built-in payment gateway, Buzz Payments, is available to all Buzz Commerce Cloud users. Integration with First Atlantic Commerce is also available.

Yes, our Buzz Payments gateway accepts all major credit cards and VISA debit cards from customers worldwide.

When a customer contacts you requesting a refund, you can send us a refund request and the entire amount will be refunded to the customer’s card. If a customer contacts us for a refund, we will contact you for verification before issuing the refund. There is no charge per refund.

Yes, upon every successful payment, customers receive automated emails.
