Purchase Policy
TERMS OF PURCHASE
Buzz Media Limited (hereinafter referred to as Buzz.tt) is a service that provides you with tickets to events. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and Buzz.tt. By signing or marking, and by completing your transaction, you are agreeing to the terms of purchase. Please contact the Event Organizer of the event for their own terms of purchase and refund policies.
TICKET TRANSACTION & SCANNING
As a buyer, you grant Buzz.tt permission to charge your credit or debit card for the purchase of tickets. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. The transaction is considered complete when an order confirmation email is sent by Buzz.tt.
Tickets will be recognized and processed at the Event venue by the Event Organizer by processing or confirming the QR Code attached to either the ticket purchased or the account of the ticket purchaser.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Except as provided below under “CANCELLED EVENTS,” there are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Buzz.tt’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or international weather conditions and natural disasters, waiting in lines, family and medical emergencies.
Event Organizers, Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by Event Organizers and promoters are not guaranteed by Buzz.tt and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, and celebrity guests.
CANCELED EVENTS
If an event in its entirety is cancelled prior to the commencement of the event, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket; service, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer support by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet. Buzz.tt, in its sole discretion, will determine when an event is cancelled.
POSTPONED EVENTS
If the event is postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket; however you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund, and mail any hard tickets back to Buzz.tt if hard tickets were issued. The tickets must be received five days before the newly scheduled event in order to receive a refund; failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.
CUSTOMER INQUIRIES
All customer support is handled by the Buzz.tt’s online message system. Please contact customer support by clicking the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. All inquiries related to attended events must be made within five days following the event.
WILL CALL
Will call tickets must be picked up at the venue unless otherwise noted. Tickets left at will call will not be refunded. Will call start and end times are subject to change and are not grounds for a refund. You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid picture ID/DP, and your “e-ticket” receipt. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have the aforementioned items in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase.
PRINT-AT-HOME
Print-At-Home tickets must be presented at the event. To print out your ticket, please visit your account purchase history/My Tickets Link. You may also present your Print-At-Home ticket using a smart phone and visiting your account purchase history/My Tickets. Tickets available for "instant download" will typically be delivered within a few minutes of placing your order. Tickets available by "electronic delivery" or "e-tickets" will be emailed after you place your order. A surcharge is assessed to help Buzz.tt provide safe, secure and instant delivery of your tickets.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Where shipping is used for physical tickets the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable. Express tickets require a signature upon delivery and cannot be shipped to PO Box Addresses. All other shipping methods do not require a signature. Allow approximately 5 business days for delivery. Tickets will be delivered to the billing address of the credit card. If you enter an undeliverable address or if the tickets are returned unclaimed you will not receive a refund. International shipping is not available unless specified.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Buzz.tt is in no way affiliated with any venue, promoter, team, league, sponsors or organizing group and is not associated with any official organizer of the events for which it list tickets and Buzz.tt will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing tickets through Buzz.tt, you hereby release and forever discharge Buzz.tt, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Buzz.tt of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED TICKETS
Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Buzz.tt is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of printed tickets.
If a ticket or QR Code is lost, it can be reissued/resent from the Site. However, Tickets that have been scanned and processed at an Event will not be reissued under any circumstance.
RESTRICTIONS
When purchasing tickets from us, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This number is included on the first purchase page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit card and, for some events, a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number without prior notice.
Tickets may be sold subject to certain restrictions on entry or use, such as restricted, obstructed or side view or a minimum age for entry. Any such restriction shall be displayed on our website or otherwise notified to you before or at the time you book the tickets. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read all notifications displayed on our website.
You may not resell or transfer your tickets if prohibited by law. In addition, the Event Organizer may prohibit the resale or transfer of tickets for some events. Any resale or transfer (or attempted resale or transfer) of a ticket in breach of the applicable law or any restrictions imposed by the Event Organizer is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be resold or provided to a third party for reselling purposes. If it is determined that a ticket has been resold, the ticket may be nullified without any refunding with entry into an Event denied. Buzz.tt also may cancel an account if it determines to do so. Buzz.tt will not bear any responsibility for tickets purchased anywhere besides the Buzz.tt service including and not limited to other sites or services, ticketing shops or scalpers.
You may not combine a Ticket with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package, unless formal written permission is given by us and the Event Organizer.
A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written permission is given by the Event Organizer, provided that even if such consent is obtained, use of our trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to our prior consent.
CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Buzz.tt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms at any time. If Buzz.tt changes any term or condition, said modification, revision and additional information shall be posted here and shall automatically replace the terms and conditions and become binding on all users of this site. Your continued use of the site following Buzz.tt’s posting of revised terms and conditions constitute your acceptance of the revised agreement.
UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY:
Buzz.tt prohibits the use of its site for any unlawful conduct. All users must comply with all local and international laws, ordinances and regulations. By using this site, you agree not to use any false personal information or use an invalid or unauthorized credit or debit card. You agree not to use or permit anyone to use information provided through Buzz.tt for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
INVESTIGATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES:
A user who is the subject of a complaint or whom Buzz.tt believes may have violated these Terms or applicable law will be subject to investigation by Buzz.tt. User agrees to cooperate fully in such investigation including, but not limited to, providing any and all information demanded by Buzz.tt.
Buzz.tt reserves the right to take any action without prior notice it deems appropriate in its sole discretion including, but not limited to, cancelling orders, issuing a warning, suspending or terminating service, denying access, cancelling transactions, refusing to honour pending or future transactions, remove material, or exercise any other remedy available to it (including civil, criminal or injunctive redress) if Buzz.tt finds, in its sole discretion, a user: (a) is unwilling to be cooperative with any investigation; (b) has engaged in any illegal, unlawful or fraudulent act or otherwise violated these Terms or applicable law or has acted in concert with anyone so engaged; or (c) has provided information that Buzz.tt is unable to authenticate or verify. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Buzz.tt for violations of these Terms and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.
You agree that violations of these Terms causes damage and harm to Buzz.tt in the form of, among other things, impaired goodwill, lost sales and increased expenses. You further agree that monetary damages for such injuries are difficult to ascertain and that proof of monetary damages for abusive use would be costly and difficult to calculate.
Buzz.tt reserves the right to report to appropriate law enforcement authorities or other relevant third parties any activity that it believes, in its sole discretion, may in any way violate any local or international law.
