Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.

Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?

No. You can sign up and use Buzz Business Cloud for 14 days without entering your credit card details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to go live, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Buzz Business Cloud isn’t the best payment platform for your business, simply cancel your account.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

What is a contact?

A contact is a unique person with a unique ID in your database. We offer many simple ways to add your contacts including spreadsheet import, CRM sync (coming soon), API and form capture.

What currency will I be billed in?

All plans are billed in US dollars.

Do you offer special pricing for not-for-profits and charities?

Yes. We offer a 30% discount on all annual plans, add-ons and support packages.

Do you offer any discounted plans?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount on annual plans, when they are paid up front.
