Singer, songwriter. Born Lawrence David Gonzalez Adams (Mr Renzo)on October 3rd 1983, in Cd Bolivar Venezuela. He moved to Trinidad when he was 1 year old with his older brother Gilbert David Gonzalez Adams, his Venezuelan mother who is also a well known psychic in the Caribbean Yesenia Gonzalez and his late Trinidadian born father Lawrence Adams a real estate agent and business man . His musical discovery happened when he was 8 years old being coached by his grand mother who was a former Poet Yvonne Adams , doing Short Stories, Poems and hymns for his school which he also participated in school choir competitions in Primary and Secondary school. His first shot to fame was in 2004 when he was discovered by late French Producer Christian Carbasa having in his number 1 hit record in France with Fireball's" what I want" . Mr Renzo with his former sobriquet Laurenzo recorded his first single "Muevete" produced by a veteran in the business Carl Beaver Henderson. Using his first successfull record Muevete creating a new blend of Soca and Latin gave him the exposure to tour in places such as Grenada where he recorded music with Mr Killa entitled Go Low , Guyana, St Maarten, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Miami, New York and Chicago .
After 7 years in , 2011 with his new brand no longer as Laurenzo but Mr Renzo meaning a more mature, experienced and skillfull version of himself also was his father's wishes to use a more mature sobriquet that even took him into bigger success colaborating with Caribbean superstar Swappi with his 3rd successful single Extrordinary produced by 1st Klase and written by Razor Thomas , Swappi , 1st Klase and Mr Renzo. His second major carnival single Soca -rocket ship Produced by Ashwin Seegobin from Precision Productions / J-Rod Records, written by himself created major airplay all over the caribbean and Europe.
Now being managed by his older brother David Adams , Mr Renzo's quest is to continue to take his music to an international level working on Spanish Versions to his earlier releases to market in Latin America and Europe . He is also working on more soca, latin pop , music from 2012 and above with new producers and writers and major local and international collaborations .Mr Renzo and his team is also working on his first album " Out of this world" to release in January 2013. The kick off to his album and also for summer 2012 is his brand new pop single "Remedy" produced by another young producer London future featured & written by Tiffany Isaacs and co written by Mr Renzo himself.
