Caroline Taylor is an actor, singer, director, journalist and marketer from Trinidad and Tobago. Taylor was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. She studied music, dance and drama at an early age, winning a Trinidad & Tobago National Scholarship for Languages in 2000, and Commonwealth Scholarship (Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan) in 2009. Taylor's work has included theatrical, musical and operatic performances in Trinidad, the United Kingdom and the United States, where she was reportedly the first Trinidadian to write and perform a show at the New York International Fringe Festival in New York City and the Contains Fat Festival in London. In the field of publishing, she is the editor of Discover Trinidad and Tobago at Media and Editorial Projects Limited, and writes for Caribbean Beat.
