5 Miles to Midnight

Formerly known as A Moment of Silence, the guys from A.M.O.S decided to undergo some changes. One of them being the name. The new name reflects new and improved music, with Alex Ou Young and Shallun Sammy on Guitars, Rhys Thompson on Drums, Robert Evelyn on Bass, Dale E.P. Dolly on Keyboard and Liam King on Vocals. For now they are still jamming, playing shows and still producing music for all of
their fans and waiting to be signed to push their music further.

5 Miles to Midnight has opened for major music concerts and for international acts here in Trinidad such as Maroon 5, Evanesance, Life House, Far East Movement and Stephen Marley. We have also worked with major local entertainers such as Machel Montano, Nebula 868, Tony Prescott and Mark Hardy. 5 Miles to Midnight won the Trinidad & Tobago Anchorage Pop Rock Awards 2010, also taking the prizes for best drummer, best cover, best bassist and best vocalist. We are currently recording our first album of seven songs, of which some singles have been released on local radio stations such as Star 94.7, Hott 93.5 and 95.1 FM.

We have played at various venues across Trinidad such as the National Stadium, Woodford Cafe(two locations in northwest and central Trinidad), J Malones, Pier 1, Anchorage, Shakers, More Vino Wine bar, La Casa De Ibiza, Hyatt Waterfront, etc. We have also played for events such as Bacchanal Wednesday/TAO Music Festival (A Carnival Party), the National Training Agency Skills Expo and of course privately booked events and parties.
