About Victory Outreach Church
Victory Outreach Church was founded in 1995 as a Governmental local church on the Island of Tobago in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies under the Pastoral leadership of Dr Ayotunde Akindele.
The local church was inaugurated on the seventeenth (17th) of December 1995 by Bishop David Ibeleme of Victorious Faith Ministries World Outreach.
VOC Tobago is now one of the Urban churches under Kingsway Ministries Incorporated International, an organization duly registered in Trinidad and Tobago as a Non-Profit establishment under the Bishopric office of Dr Ayotunde Akindele.
