The University Inn

The University Inn (UI) is a Boutique Bed & Breakfast hotel located on the edge of the St. Augustine campus. The University Inn offers visitors to the campus with comfortable and convenient short-term accommodation in a relaxed atmosphere. The stylish rooms are tastefully furnished in authentic Caribbean flavour, each uniquely decorated with luxury finishes and modern fittings.
The University Inn provides visitors to the UWISTA with luxurious accommodation equipped with modern amenities for business clients. The Hotel offers short and medium term accommodation to its target clients; foreign lecturers, mature graduate students, parents of students, staff of other campuses and visitors to the St. Augustine campus for conferences and short courses.

The facility enhances the image of the St. Augustine Campus, effectively utilizing the Harnanan House and Senior Common Room properties. As a member of the university community the hotel, is a learning environment for employees and students delivering a high level of service. The Inn employs current Hospitality and Tourism students and recent graduates in support of the UWI mission of developing distinctive graduates that are of high quality and relevant to the region.
