Stages on the Avenue is the newest restaurant/bar located in the heart of Woodbrook, the entertainment capital of T&T featuring electrifying performances from live artists & musicians, mid-week comic relief, and showcases with master mixologists & chefs!
Stages, as the name suggests, focuses on live performances and entertainment. Our purpose is to provide an active platform and home for our culture and our legacy, which includes our music and art; what we eat and drink; how we interact with each other; and a whole lot more.

Our internal team members are the first performers at "Stages." They give only the very best to our patrons, keeping them fed, watered, and happily entertained. The cuisine on our menu features an array of authentic dishes from across the African continent, while not forgetting Trinbagonian favourites and must-haves!
