QRC is also well noted for a culture of blending academic and extracurricular activity with aim at cultivating well-rounded young men, a tradition which continues to produce Trinidad and Tobago's leading thinkers, athletes and artists. The College is also world-renowned for its German Renaissance-styled Main Building which was constructed in 1903.
