About Hotel Normandie
We are located in a valley flanked in the south by the Botanical Gardens on the edges of the Rain Forests, where lush vegetation shelters colorful varieties of birds. To the north is an old genteel quarter of the city, surrounding it with charm. The restaurant was once named after the old plantation house La Fantasie the site upon which the hotel now sits. The Normandie has a remarkable and romantic history from its founding in the 1930's to the present. The hotel has grown while maintaining its magic.
