The Chinmaya Mission of Trinidad & Tobago is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to the spiritual uplift of all persons, regardless of nationality, creed, religion or ethnic background. To this end, the Mission sponsors an active year round program of courses and discourses on sacred texts, and many spiritual, cultural and social service activities
Chinmaya Mission of Trinidad and Tobago is part of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide, founded by Puyja Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, and under the leadership of his successor, Guruji Swami Tejomayananda. The heart of the Trinidad and Tobago Mission is the Chinmaya Ashram located at #1 Chinmaya Drive, McBean, Couva. Our resident Acharaya is Swami Prakashananda (formerly Brahmachari Prem Chaitanya).
