2015 COOKING WITH CONFIDENCE COURSE DATES:
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: None
LEVEL OF CERTIFICATE: Participation
EXAM: None
COST: $1850 per person. Fee includes a non-refundable registration fee of $50 and cover the cost of ingredients and the major equipment for practical classes where applicable.
REGISTRATION: Closes 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the courses. Registration is complete when all required fields are paid.
ATTIRE: All participants are required to wear black pants/skirts, white shirts, hair covering and aprons as well as whole shoes in the kitchen
TOOLS & EQUIPMENT: Participants should purchase the following for their personal use: 1 Chef Knife, 1 Paring Knife, 1 Boning Knife and 1 Set of Measuring Spoons. A list of suppliers can be provided upon request.
