This course is for persons whose job function involves Customer Service. DURATION: 24 Hours TIME: 4 Saturdays from 9am to 3pm 2014 CUSTOMER SERVICE DATES: 22nd March to 12th April ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: None LEVEL OF CERTIFICATE: Participation EXAM: None COST: $1450 per person. Fee includes a non-refundable registration fee of $50 and cover the cost of ingredients and the major equipment for practical classes where applicable.
