Our support team will evaluate your application and get back to you on the result.
For approved applications, please contact our support team once you have published your event so that we can get you set up for the advance payout.
On your selected payout date, we will payout 80% of your ticket sales minus fees (8% of gross ticket sales + US$0.99 per ticket), up to a maximum of $10,000, to your registered bank account.
The remaining payout will be processed within 5 working days after the end of your event.

Notes
Event cancellations, and refunds of more than 10% of total ticket sales will not be allowed after an advance payout is made.
The advance payout service fee (8% of gross ticket sales + US$0.99 per ticket) applies to the whole event.
1 advance payout can be made per event.
We transfer 80% of your total ticket sales minus fees to your registered bank account, and withhold 20% in case you need to make any refunds.
It is possible for your application for advance payout to be denied.
Please apply at least 2 weeks prior to the date that you would like to receive the advance payout.
