Overview

The Param Dhaama Aashraam was founded by Sri Ravi Bharati in 1997. Param means Supreme and Dhaama means abode. Param Dhaam, means the highest abode or supreme abode. It is symbolic of the highest mental state of Man, that where he sees everything as God.

Sri Ravi Bharati, the Spiritual Head, is a son of Lachoos Road. He left for India during the 1980's and after studying for six years he returned to Lachoos Road and founded this said organisation. Sri Ravi Bharati studied vedanta under the tutelage of Swami Chinmayananda and music under the guidance of Anup Jalota.

The Aashraam is situated on a hill amidst the clouds. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and a lush green forest. This Aashraam helps one see life in the simplest manner and helps everyone to interact with the environment.

We host many functions yearly such as: Hanuman Jayanti Festivals, Maha Shiva Raatri Celebrations, Vasant Panchami Pooja, Nav Raatri Puja, Geeta Classes, Bhajan Classes, Vedic Mantra Classes, Concerts, Comedy Festivals, Ramleela, Ramleela Camps, Bhajan Malas, Veggie Burgers and many more..

This Institution is very much alive and has contributed to the society in many ways. Every single child who attends benefits tremendously. Their sacred and secular knowledge is well taken care of.
