This short, fast and very exciting triathlon, the best opportunity to try the sport for the first time. Great team builder exercise, perfect for corporate companies or a group friends wanting to have some fun.
Here's how it works:
Teams consist of four(4) team members
Each team member will complete a 200m swim/5km bike/1km run before handing off to the next team member
Teams can either be Mixed (2Male & 2 Female), All Male or All Female
