The NGC Children’s Bocas Lit Fest, also in its 8th year, starts off with a nationwide storytelling caravan that ends at the Children’s Library, NALIS, for a full 5-day children’s festival. The highlights are the Wednesday 25 April 2018 Mayor’s event – 300 children with teachers from 10 schools from all over the country, with lunch in Woodford Square, a full programme of readings and workshops on Saturday, and a wonderful family event on Sunday afternoon, 29 April 2018 to celebrate Dragonzilla’s birthday.
