REGENT STAR HOTEL LAUNCHES ITS 'FLAVOURS OF INDIA' DINNER BUFFET - Regent Star Hotel, Flavours Restaurant, is hosting its first themed dinner buffet celebration, commencing with a unique four-day gastronomic tour of India. This "Flavours of India" event will take place from Thursday 5th to Sunday 8th November at the Regent Star Hotel, where guests will embark on a culinary journey from North India, including Kashmir and Rajasthan, to Gujarat, Goa, Bengal and thence to the world renowned South India fare. Executive Chef Roberts Buthapati will prepare authentic culinary masterpieces including meat and vegetarian curries, dhals and a selection of rotis. In addition, guests can optionally indulge in a special selection of cocktails, mocktails, Indian themed drinks and the Flavours Restaurant collection of the finest Scotch whiskies. This premier Indian food and drink event will feature nightly local Indian entertainment, with exciting prizes to be won.
