Moruga First Native Heritage Festival

Street procession will begin at the St Peter the Apostle Monument at the Moruga beach front. The procession will begin at 10am with Chief leading and the first native people leading the procession followed by the students from various Schools.

The procession will flow over to the Moruga beach facility area were there will be a dubbing ceremony by the Prince of Moruga and the Native Chief to name the area "The First Native Heritage Park".

The procession will proceed to the other side of the Moruga Beach facility where there will be a display set up of the Amerindian Artefacts . At that point, there will be addresses from the Prince of Moruga, The Chief and the First Native Queen and diplomats and government officials.

Native foods will be on sale at various prices.
