ILLUMINATE 5K RUN/WALK

ILLUMINATE 5K is a glow fun run for persons of all ages and fitness levels. Runners, joggers, walkers can join in an evening filled with glow products. This event is not timed making it ideal for experienced runners and first time participants. This year, due to the recent devastation caused by Tropical Strom Brett, the Colour Splash Committee will also utilize this run to collect canned foods to assist flood victims who are struggling to recover. 

As we continue to focus on improving the health and advocate for healthy lifestyles prior to the start of the run/walk, Nestle through the Wellness Caravan will offer participants free consultations with Nutritionists, BMI, Body Fat percentage testing and sampling of their nutritious brands. In addition, SWRHA will be conducting testing and disseminating educational information to the public. Students from the Institute of Medical Education will be giving free massages to participants on the day of event. There will also be giveaways by Secrets, Gillette, Holiday Snacks, and Boost.

Gates open from 3:30 p.m. and the first 100 participants to arrive will receive a free T-shirt, giveaways, glow products such as glow necklaces and bracelets.
