Full Moon Yoga

Its been 3 months without a full moon yoga event due to busy schedules and this week we bring it back! This Friday 5th we return to our incredible venue @ Goodwood park with special musical guest from Ecuador, Kayna. Kayna will be gracing our entire practice with majestic vibes from the mountains. Solman will take us home and class will be led by our own Troy Hadeed. There will be One Yoga Gift Certificates on sale, along with healthy goodies, cd's and more. Shuttles will begin at 5pm form the park and run until 620pm. Return shuttles will begin at 835pm. We know its a busy season but we just had to bring the LOVE one more time for 2014.
