The Milford Road Esplanade in collaboration with Tobago Heritage Festival Committee presents Fish Fryday! On Friday 5th July 2013. All dishes brought to you courtesy of the Tenants of the Esplanade Giveaways from Digicel and Appleton Rum. Guest Appearance by Pelf and Cassie Heritage comes to fish fryday with its calypso tent night. Come and see 12 Heritage Monarch hopefuls perform their sterling renditions inspired by this years theme: Community Treasures: Reflections.
