The FIDIC 1999 suite of contact is the most widely used form of contract for construction projects in Trinidad and Tobago. FIDIC has launched the new 2017 suite of contracts which as a result of a lack of appreciation has not been implemented. This webinar seeks to make members in Dispute Resolution fields and of the Construction Industry aware of its changes and why.
