For Budding Top Chefs Age Group 10-13 Years will be held from July 23rd to 26th 2013 Age Group 14-17 Years will be held from August 6th to 9th 2013 Time: 9am to 1pm Sessions will run for 4 days and cover topics such as: . Knife skills - an essential part of the culinary arts . Basic cooking methods . Food safety - handling poultry, cutting boards and safe food temperatures . Choosing the right cooking techniques . Preparation of full breakfast, lunch and dinner Cost: $1,400 per person inclusive of all ingredients and tution (limited number of participants per session). Advance payment required.
