Overnight Accommodation at the newly renovated West Palm Hotel, Chaguaramas

Two month payment plan available (2 affordable payments of $1200 on April 25th and May 21st) 
Full payment can also be made
Check-in at Hotel- (Check-in 10:00am on Saturday 26th May 2018 and Check-out 4:00pm on Sunday 27th May 2018

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:

Bookings are only final when a payment is made. Bookings can be made in 3 easy steps: 

1. Email [email protected] and our banking info will be sent to you. 
2. Make the bank payment. Fast Deposit payments can be made. 
3. After payment is made email us to confirm your payment, we will verify and send you a receipt in return. 

Once you are booked it is understood that you agree to our Cancellation Policy stated below.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the event incur a 50% fee. 
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the event incur the full fee.
