The CTO is a Commonwealth agency mandated in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). As a part of its efforts to build capacity, the CTO organises the Human Resources and ICTs conference for the benefit of HR professionals. HR&ICT is organised as an open conference for the benefit of HR professionals to identify the trends in the ICT landscape, emerging challenges and potential resolutions.
