Caribbean Riddum 5k and Health Fair

Caribbean Riddum is a 5k is a fun run/walk that will incorporate Music to make the experience more enjoyable. It is a fusion of music and running. Music/entertainment will be stationed at various points in the route, playing different types of music to motivate the runners. Be part of history as this is the FIRST time such an event is being hosted in Trinidad and Tobago. The purpose of the events is to promote an active lifestyle, preventative health and Trinidad culture. Other activities on that day include a FREE Health Fair where race participants and the general public can take advantage of free blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol testing and eye examinations. There is also a youth football tournament.
