Caribbean Colour Splash

Caribbean Colour Splash is a non-competitive 5K paint race and fun run/walk where professionals and novice runners can come together and enjoy the sport. It will be used to create awareness about various types of cancer and at the same time promote an active lifestyle to the general public. This run celebrates happiness, healthiness and brings the community together to participate in a 5k. The race will start in Skinner Park and continue on the road. There will be 5 Color Splash Zones where each kilometer of the event is associated with a designated color which will represent the various types of Cancer (Prostate, Cervical, Lung, Childhood and Breast). As the participants reach the kilometer color zones, volunteers will spray (utilizing Super Soakers/Spray Guns) them with the respective color. The paint that will be utilized is a liquid body paint that can be easily washed out and is environmentally friendly. Wear a WHITE T-shirt and be SPLASHED with colours!!
