MEETING TIME: 7:00 am
LOCATION: Outside the entrance to the Main Car Park, Mount Hope Hospital (Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex)

DESCRIPTION:
Truly one of Trinidad's best kept secrets!!! This place is simply spectacular with its hidden caves, mini waterfall and crystal clear and calm waters. There is plenty to do, see and explore on this wide expanse of beach. The hike starts at a trail along the North Coast Road. Vehicles are securely parked. It will take approximately 15 minutes to descend to the beach and 15 minutes to ascend. The time available at the beach will be approximately 2 hours for swimming and exploring the area. Life jackets will be provided.

-RATING: 2 (EASY/FAMILY FRIENDLY)
-CONTRIBUTION: Adults (TT$60.00 per person), Children to 12 years (TT$30.00 per child) - Please note the Contribution does not include transportation or meals/refreshments.
-VEHICLE SECURITY FEE: TT$20.00 per vehicle

-PERSONS REQUIRING TRANSPORTATION to and from the venue are asked to confirm by Monday 19th March 2018 (12:00 noon). The cost of transportation is an additional TT$70.00 (from Mount Hope compound and return to Mount Hope). We require a deposit (a minimum of $70.00 per person) for persons requiring transportation to reserve your seat. There will be no refunds on the deposit FOR TRANSPORTATION after the Monday 19th March deadline. The balance (Contribution) can be paid on the morning of the event. Persons are also free to make the entire payment via bank deposit or online transfers so that no further transactions are necessary on the morning of the event. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and seats are allocated on a first come first serve basis. We are asking persons who require transport to call us prior to making any deposits to confirm space availability. Therefore, we urge all persons requiring transport to finalise arrangements with us as soon as possible.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
In order to confirm with us, please provide the names and contact information of each person in your group as well as the vehicle number (if you are coming with your own vehicle). Additionally, please indicate how many adults and children will be attending. Where children are part of your group, please indicate their ages.

EVENT GUIDELINES:
-Persons are asked to walk with towels, a change of clothing and shoes which will be left at the parked vehicles/maxi, as your clothing and shoes will get dirty/wet journeying to and from the beach.
-insect repellent and sunscreen are advised for prevention against insect bites and sunburn. 
-Please walk with light refreshments (sandwiches etc) and bottled water in your backpack as well as any medication you may require.
-No littering, consumption of alcohol or smoking allowed.
- Please do not walk with any valuables (cash, jewellery).
-Please take precaution to protect phones and cameras from water (submersion or rainfall).
