The Department of Creative and Festival Arts (DCFA) Dance Unit presents the A Festival of Movement – an evening celebrating the human body and spirit together in movement.
Performances take place December 4 and 5 at 8pm and December 6 at 6pm at the Learning Resource Centre Auditorium. Look out for featured works by BA and Certificate in Dance students, accompanied by dancers from local schools and a special guest performance by the Astor Johnson Repertory Dance Theatre.
Students will present traditional Caribbean folk dance, modern, Indian, physical theatre, contemporary dance and original student choreography pieces. Tickets are $50 for adults and $30 for students and will be available by the DCFA Gordon Street Office.
