Turure Watersteps - March 5th 2017

Meeting Time: 7:00 am
Location: Food Basket Car Park, Arima

Utilising the Valencia Road onto the Cumaca Road, we journey to the Turure Watersteps. Vehicles are securely parked at a designated location. These limestone watersteps with its pools are a spectacle to behold. The hike to the waterfall starts from the Turure Bridge on the Cumaca Road and will take approximately 30 minutes with a small incline near to the falls.The time available at the waterfall will be approximately 2 hours for swimming and exploring the area. Life jackets will be provided.

-CONTRIBUTION: Adults (TT$60.00 per person), Children 12 & Under
(TT$30.00 per child) - Please note the Contribution does not include transportation.
-VEHICLE SECURITY FEE (TT$20.00 per vehicle at the venue)
-PERSONS REQUIRING TRANSPORTATION to and from the venue are asked to confirm by Thursday 2nd March (12:00 noon).

Please provide your name, contact information (preferably cell phone numbers) as well as how many adults and children will be attending.

Persons are asked to walk with a change of clothing and shoes which will be left at the parked vehicles, as your clothing will get dirty journeying to and from the waterfall. Proper footwear is required (absolutely no slippers or sandals). Long sleeves, long pants (preferably loose fitting track pants), insect repellent and sunscreen are advised for prevention against sunburn, insect bites as well as scrapes/bruises.
