Saturday evening (5pm - 11pm) Culinary Experience with Master Chefs from THTI: Chef Arthur Patrick and Chef Kwesi Selvon, Master Chefs from Tobago’s most creative hoteliers and restaurateurs: Chef Gabriele De Gaetano from Tartaruga and Chef Jason James from Blue Waters Inn. Live culinary demos and an array of delicacies to delight guests! Master Mixologists will be unveiling specially curated cocktails.
