Who am I? Why am I here? What is my purpose? How can I overcome this?
Taking the time to look inwards or Introspection, shapes the person you are.
Psychologists have long determined that being self-aware i.e. paying attention to our inner state, is the major component in self-control and emotional intelligence
This language of self is not usually included in any curriculum, therefore the understanding of self is not typically the outcome of our education. And although the simplest of languages, for many it is the most difficult to learn. The Interior Journey retreat uses journaling to open the door to that language. Journaling is recognised as a powerful therapeutic tool that provides great insight and self-knowledge.
Join our facilitator Lorraine Villaroel, on a journey of personal reflection to:
*Uncover the voice within
*Open the door to journaling
*Develop a personal method for keeping a journal
