THE ART OF CHANGE series of film screenings will focus on what individuals and small organizations are able to achieve when they share their ideas, apply creativity and put people at the centre of solutions.
The chosen films will explore the work of communities, large and small, across the region and the globe, using the power of creative arts and their sometimes meager resources, to make huge impacts. This is especially poignant for those addressing environmental issues which are often viewed as "too big" to solve by any one group of citizens.
There will be three FREE screening events, in San Fernando and Port of Spain, in the months of April and May 2018, all open to the public.
We start the series with a screening of Landfill Harmonic and an evening picnic at San Fernando Hill - landfillharmonicmovie.com
Presented in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries - FRIDAY APRIL 13TH 2018 from 7:00pm
On THURSDAY 19TH APRIL 2018 from 6:30pm we present a screening of Songs of Redemption at Grundlos Kollective, 11 Cipriani Blvd, a brief Q&A with Co-Director Miquel Galofre and an After-Lime.
Finally, on FRIDAY 4TH MAY 2018 from 7:00pm we present a screening of Angel Azul, a talk-back session with marine environment stakeholders and a reception to close the evening at 6 Scott Street, St. Clair.
