A Weekend Vinyasa Flow Yoga Immersion with Seane Corn

Re-connect with your body, mind, heart and purpose through the sacred practice of vinyasa flow yoga with Seane Corn. This weekend will allow you time and space to go inside, release built up tension, listen deeply and explore the subtle physical and spiritual energies that are connected to your own unique self-expression. Allowing for awakening requires a deep commitment to the inner journey of spirit, compassion, courage, and a willingness to articulate the complexities of the human experience and the beauty of the soul’s journey within. Using the tools of yoga, the chakra system and Shadow work, Seane will teach us how to interpret the struggles we experience in our mind/body and turn them into wisdom and understanding. Understanding these tools can provide us with an anchor for healing limited beliefs, destructive patterns and self-sabotaging addictions. With Seane’s guidance, we’ll explore how to invite “God” into the body/mind experience, incorporate ritual, and how to speak from your heart as a way to inspire, inform and motivate your world. Also learn how to read your energy body in new ways, and to translate what you feel into symbolic themes that encourage deep wisdom and insight into Self.

About Seane:
Seane Corn is an internationally celebrated yoga teacher and impassioned global activist. Featured in magazines, NPR and Oprah.com, Seane uses her platform to educate, unite and awaken people through the practice of yoga and beyond. In 2007, she co-founded the non-profit organization Off the Mat, Into the World®.

Join Seane for a candid discussion on what it means to be an agent of change in our world. The work involved with “Awakening” lives in all realms of our existence: the physical, psychic, symbolic, emotional, spiritual and social. Here, Seane will introduce the themes that will lay a foundation and set the context for a weekend of transformation. Moving from within, out, we will explore the fabric from which we can create our lives, looking first to our own limited beliefs, dysfunctions and inter/intra-personal dynamics. Next we will explore the role in
society and the responsibility we hold as healers, leaders and seekers and how our roles can enable a community that is inclusive and accessible to all. Yoga is a practice of making the unconscious conscious, it is a practice of investigating the lost, disconnected, stuck and defended parts of us. It is a practice of compassion. Because stress and trauma live in the body, the yoga practice is a perfect opportunity to confront and change some of the patterns that keep us
stuck and suffering. When we change on an individual level, we are changing the collective level. If you’re interested in seeing the world become a better place, curious about how to contribute or overwhelmed by the state of the world, join us for a conversation that will shed some light, offer guidance, and ultimately inspire you to be the change you wish to see.

A creative, inspiring and awakening vinayasa flow class focused on the 3rd and 5th chakras.

The Yoga of Awakening w/Seane Corn - Pt 4
Sunday PM

A meditative, soulful class bringing in prayer and healing for not only yourself but for others and the planet. The focus will be on the 6th and 7th chakra’s. The last class will tie the workshop themes together, restoring balance and harmony in your body.

This workshop is about awakening and re-connecting to your heart/mind/body and spirit using the practice of vinyasa flow yoga.

• Are there any experience level or prerequisites required?

All levels are welcome, no pre-requisites; expect challenging and intermediate/advanced flow. If the physical practice is intimidating, come for the teachings and modify your poses; this workshop is for everyone. Knowledge of sun salutations A and B is helpful.


• Who is this program appropriate for (e.g., people in good physical
condition, all levels, beginners, advanced practitioners, laypersons)?

See above. Those who have injuries, physical disabilities or are pregnant are encouraged to come and should just modify the poses to suit their needs.


• Are there any restrictions on who can participate (e.g., women only, couples only)?
Everyone is encouraged, over the age of 18 only.
