Rock Climbing, Rappelling and Hiking Adventure - 19.11.17

On Sunday 19th November join Road Trip TT for our final Rock Climbing, Rappelling and Hiking adventure for 2017! 

This fun and exciting activity is for the outdoor lovers, adventure seekers and adrenaline junkies! 

Point Gourde in Chaguaramas will be the backdrop for an amazing and memorable day ahead! Enjoy an easy 40 minute hike (both ways) to get you warmed up and ready. Then learn the “Top Roping” method to Rock Climb 15 and 30 foot limestone rock walls. Cap off a day of thrills by rappelling from a 75 foot rock wall!

Learn the fundamentals of rock climb and rappelling from trained and experienced professionals. All equipment will be provided and no experience is necessary!

DETAILS: 

Cost: $300.00 per person 
Maximum 25 spaces available
Payment and Booking deadline: Monday 13th November, 2017
Meeting Point: Opposite Anchorage, Chaguaramas next to the WASA station at 9:30am 
Duration: 10:00am-5:00pm 
Hike is 40 minutes (both ways) and is a Level 2/10 Easy Hike along a dirt road 
Patrons are responsible for their own lunch, and refreshments. 
Water will be provided but feel free to walk with additional. 


Guidelines:
1. Proper well-fitting shoes with good sole grips is a must! 
2. Short pants or tights and a sporty top or jersey that fits well and leaves you flexible is a must. Loose or ill-fitting clothing will limit your climbing ability and can be dangerous
3. It is advised that persons with long hair secure it in a neat pony or plat as hair can get caught in rappelling/rock climbing equipment. 
4. Secure electrical items including cellular phones and cameras (Double or triple bagging them is recommended). If it rains you and everything in your possession will get wet. 
5. Pack a change of clothing and towel to be secured in your vehicle. 
6. No littering, alcohol or smoking allowed.
7. Walk with any medication you may require (If you have asthma, allergies etc).
8. Insect repellent and sunscreen is recommended. 
9. It is very important to stay hydrated and energized during the adventure. Ensure that you have sufficient food, water and energy snacks for an action packed day out. 

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING:

Bookings are only final when a payment is made. Bookings can be made in 3 easy steps: 

1. Email [email protected] and our banking info will be sent to you. 
2. Make the bank payment. Fast Deposit payments can be made. 
3. After payment is made email us to confirm your payment, we will verify and send you a receipt in return. 

Once you are booked it is understood that you agree to our Cancellation Policy stated below.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the event incur a 50% fee. 
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the event incur the full fee.
