Premier of Salt Prune with the AzATT and Jennylynd James

Details

The Alzheimer’s Association of Trinidad and Tobago (AzATT) is honoured to partner with Jennylynd James, PhD, to launch the groundbreaking documentary Salt Prune, which she produced and directed in April 2017. This project documented oral accounts from six senior citizens of Trinidad and Tobago, all of whom are over 80 years old. The film captures some of their stored memories and provides insights into the lives of persons who grew up before World War II. These over 80’s also give their perspective of modern day life in Trinidad and Tobago. and look back with nostalgia on the good old days.
