Feeling stressed-out? Depleted? Or just in need of a boost? 

Then this is a good class for you. Drop in for a rejuvenating guided mindfulness meditation session where you can be yourself in a beautiful, safe, and healing space.

Using mindfulness meditation, learn how to focus on your breathing in order to become more present. Work with the breath in a way that allows you to be more calm and not get too lost in your own head.

Mindfulness meditation is a safe, natural, non-religious way to improve your overall health as you relax, rejuvenate and reduce the effects of stress on the mind and body. The meditations will be lovingly guided by Makeda McKenzie. Makeda received her mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine, and is the founder and principal consultant at the Caribbean Mindfulness Institute.

Spaces are limited. Please confirm your participation at least 24-hours prior to the session.
