ISLANDpeople Mas 2013 Band Launch: Re-Humanize

Our Band Launch will now take place on Saturday 18th August at the Queen’s Park Oval from 8pm to 2am. Coolers will be allowed until 10pm (no glass bottles please). Tickets are on sale at the IP House, IP mas camp and from committee members. As usual, for a limited time only, our loyal masqueraders will benefit from specially discounted tickets. Masquerader Single tickets will be $125 but we encourage you to Re-Humanize and bring a friend by purchasing a special double admission masquerader ticket (i.e. 2 people one 1 ticket) for $200. Non- masqueraders and friends can get their tickets at $150 (single admission) for a limited time only. The date was shifted from the 17th following a request from our friends at Harts, who highlighted that both launches would have been taking place at the same time on the western peninsula and this could have negatively affected the patron experience…… Being courteous to a fellow band = Re-Humanizing 101.
