Gulf City's 10th Annual Kids Halloween Costume Competition takes place on Halloween Day, Tuesday 31st October 2017 @ 4:30pm. Kids are allowed to dress-up in their favourite Halloween costume and enter a competition to win prizes. Registration is now OPEN!

Kids must be 12yrs or under.
Trick or Treating takes place AFTER the competition
Registration closes on Friday 27th October @ 4pm.
