The Name of the Production "GOLDEN JUBILEE - A Celebration of Diversity" Directed and Produced by Ms Candice Clarke Andell Synopsis of show: On the 31st August 1962 Trinidad and Tobago raised the red, the white and the black signalling to the world, that we were an independent sovereign state… In commemoration of our 50th Anniversary of Independence, The Candice Clarke Academy of Dance presents to the nation, “Golden Jubilee- A Celebration of Diversity”. A sterling production of the youthful cast of The Candice Clarke Academy of Dance will showcase a vibrant testimony of the indigenous art forms of our culture among them, Trinidad and Tobago’s first professional wheelchair dancer. This colourful, creative and cosmopolitan explosion of dance shall also pay tribute to the sons and daughters of our soil.
