4. Make your payment via Fast Deposit or Bank Transfer.
5. Expect a receipt via email within 24 hours of payment. 

DISCLAIMER

Cancellations made 5 days prior to the event receive
50% of payment refund within 24 hours of notice. 

Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the event
will go towards to a future HikeNation event. However
this must be attended within 30 days of initial payment.

No refund or credit of any type will be issued where: a 
cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the event 
and or participants fail to attend the event for any reason 
without prior cancellation notification; and/or participants 
fail to be present at the relevant meeting point at the 
designated time without contacting our Hotline.
