1-DAY RAPID PLAY OPEN JUNIOR CHESS TOURNEY
Trophies for the first 8 places in each category. Rating Categories:
- NOVICE A: 1st $200 | 2nd $150 | 3rd $100 | 4th $100 | 5th $100
- NOVICE B: 1st $300 | 2nd $200 | 3rd $100 | 4th $100 | 5th $100
- UNDER 12: 1st $350 | 2nd $250 | 3rd $150 | 4th $100 | 5th $100
- UNDER 14: 1st $400 | 2nd $300 | 3rd $200 | 4th $100 | 5th $100
- OPEN: 1st $500 | 2nd $350 | 3rd $250 | 4th $100 | 5th $100
Novice section will be a 7 round Swiss, game in 50 minutes.
All other sections will be a 5 round Swiss, with game in 50 minutes.
Registration from 9am - 9:30am. Games begin at 10am
Entry fee of $60 to be paid on the day of the event.
