Young Chefs' Boot Camp (July 14th-17th) and Little Chefs' Day @ Fanatic (July 21st). Young Chefs' Boot Camp For Budding Top Chefs 11-15 years old Dates: July 14th to 17th 2014 Time: 9am to 2pm Sessions will run for 4 days and cover topics such as: . Knife skills - an essential part of the culinary arts . Basic cooking methods . Food safety - handling poultry, cutting boards and safe food temperatures . Choosing the right cooking techniques . Preparation of full breakfast, lunch and dinner Cost: $1,400 per person inclusive of all ingredients and tuition (limited number of participants per session). Advance payment required.
