Young Chefs' Boot Camp For Budding Top Chefs 11-15 years old Dates: July 14th to 17th 2014 Time: 9am to 2pm Sessions will run for 4 days and cover topics such as: . Knife skills - an essential part of the culinary arts . Basic cooking methods . Food safety - handling poultry, cutting boards and safe food temperatures . Choosing the right cooking techniques .
