COCOA was conceptualized with a little "tabanca" for j'ouvert, which, by tradition, is the start of Carnival and only happens once a year at Carnival time. We thought, "why not give ourselves, masqueraders, families and friends that Cocoa experience in mid year?" Sunday 14th july - 2am to 8 am - Pier 2 - tickets $500.00 Please contact committee members.
