It's the Seaboard Marine / TTASA Caribbean Motor Racing Championship 2018! This is round two of this annual Caribbean circuit racing series, which came to T&T when Wallerfield was re-opened in 2015. CMRC 2018 Round one already took place in Jamaica (Jamwest), and rounds 3 & 4 in Barbados (Bushy Park) and Guyana (South Dakota Raceway) will follow, but for now, all roads lead to Wallerfield for the weekend of June 23rd-24th 2018! Come down to the track to see the Saturday qualifying sessions and on Sunday for RACE DAY!
This year in addition to the top entry-level Group 1 (now with Bimmer Cup-spec cars included), the ultra-competitive Group 2, the surprisingly powerful and quick Group 3, and top-spec Group 4 (2WD & 4WD) cars, the CMRA has approved a NEW nearly-ulimited GROUP 5 MEGA-SPORT CLASS! The 600cc Superbikes will be back with their high-rpm MotoGP-style sounds!
The Radical Caribbean SR3 Cup is to become a regional championship, with a 4-round series contested at head-lining race meetings in Barbados, Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago! And it all starts at our CMRC Round 2 event here in T&T!
