Join International Fitness Professional Chetwayo La Borde With Master Trainer Steven Rajnath alongside Doctor of Physiotherapy Luke Harewood as they take you on a journey to experience the most electrifying, exhilarating and effective form of group exercise in the country. 

Nothing beats aquatic exercise and this event is going to show you why, as we dive into 3 different aquatic forms of training separated into 3 short half hour classes for you to sample and/or spectate.

Class A being aquatic cardio kickboxing, 
Class B floatation devices cardio workout and
Class C being aquatic Plyometrics.

Feel free to participate in the class of your choice or you can simply look on and observe.
With entrance fee for kids 14 and under is free and adults pay only a $60 dollar charge, you can't get better than that, except it does. With Dj Devie of Brothers in Sound providing live Music for the classes, you can't ask for more.
